    I investigate about the wheat and I find that it is bad for our body because it can not accep the wheat so that causes diseases. Some foods that contains wheat are: bread, tortilla, Some cereal and other things. It is good to eat meat because it prevent many diseases. The wheat causes many diseases like molecular mimicry, adjuvant activity.

    everything is made from flour either pasta (dried or fresh ravioli noodles etc) bread, cookies, cakes, pancakes, crepes, etc..

    it is important to eat meat for a number of different reasons, most importantly, its rich source of proteins. Proteins are essential for a number of different reasons included cell and muscle repair. While proteins can be found in many other sources, they are most commonly found in the highest quantities and quality in meats. Red meat is also a rich source of iron, a key component of the bloods abillity to carry oxygen and function at optimum levels.

    Investigating in a website yes and no, yes because we eat wheat almost every day with tacos, enchiladas, ect. But is bad because it can cause obesity, some diseases in our body, ect.

    No, because like all other grains and seeds, wheat has something called phytic acid. This is a compound that protects the seed as it passes through our digestive systems.

    From the plant’s point of view, this is genius, since the seed will wind up intact surrounded by our poo, which is a perfect place for it to sprout and grow.

    From our point of view, though, this means that we don’t get the nutrients out of the grain or seed, and the phytic acid can actually interfere with the absorption of nutrients from other foods. If it interferes with digestion and tends to cause allergic reactions

    Like many other things, it is as bad or as good as you want. I say this because, if you consume it very much, you can get many diseases such as overweight, diabetes, etc. But also, if you consume it as a normal and healthy person might do, you can have more energy for your day, contains vitamins E & B, and fiber (maybe you get constipated when you consume it, but that means you are not drinking water; if you consume fiber and no water, instead of making poo, you won’t).
    Things that have wheat are almost all of the things that are made of bread and some tortillas.
    Eating meat is also a good and bad thing. It can provide you with proteins, vitamins, etc. But it can hurt you ’cause it has many many fats.
    Remember, like in the beer ads, prevent excess.

    I investigate about wheat and i found that it is bad for our body because wheat has also been associated with reducing the concentration of LDL or bad cholesterol in the blood. Even though it is not clear what is the mechanism that causes this benefit, it is believed that could be related to the viscous property some fibers.I believe that if we eat fwheat is not bad but if you eat too much is bad.I like tortillas but not in excess if that does not make me any harm.
